Product Description

Working principle
(1) pre separation: the dust gas discharged by the shaft kiln enters the inlet pipe of the dust collector center through the flue. Under the negative pressure of the dust removal system, the dust gas enters the bag chamber of the dust collector evenly over the center of the ash bucket. The coarse particle dust in the dust smoke is directly falling into the ash due to the blocking of the diversion plate and the effect of its own gravity. Fight to complete the pre separation of dust.

(2) filter: the dust gas enters the filter bag through the flower plate hole, the dust is intercepted on the inner surface of the filter bag, the dust gas is purify through filter bag filtration, the gas after the purification enters the bag chamber, and then through the lifting switch valve exhaust channel and the outgassing pipe, the air exhausting machine is discharged into the atmosphere. The dust collector is provided with a top air outlet and a negative pressure operated internal filter dust remover. The cleaning methods can be divided into two ways: setting time and setting resistance.
