Cylone dust collector consists of air inlet, air outlet,cylindrical body, cone part and ash bucket. It's structure is simple and convenient to produce, install and maintenance manage. With lower cost and wide application, it is fit for removing non-stick & non-fibrous dust(>5μm), but multi-tubes cyclone dust collector has 80-85% collection efficiency as to 3μm. Besides, it can work under 1000℃ and 500*105pa situation if it is made of ceramic material or special metal that are heat-resistant, wear-resistant and crossion resistant.

Cyclone is a process of separating particulate pollutants from gas by centrifugal force generated by rotating dust laden airflow. When the dust laden air flow enters the cyclone separator from the intake pipe, the airflow changes from linear motion to circular motion. Most of the swirling air flows downward along the wall and cylinder and flows towards the cone, which is usually called the outer swirl. The dust gas produces centrifugal force in the process of rotation, and the particles are thrown away from the gas to the wall of the device. Once the particles contact the wall, the particles lose the inertia force and fall down the wall by the momentum of the entrance velocity and the downward gravity, and enter the exhaust ash pipe. When the swirling downward swirling air reaches the vertebral body, it draws closer to the center of the dust collector due to the conical contraction, and its tangential velocity increases continuously. When the airstream reaches a certain position at the lower end of the vertebra, it will rotate downward in the same cyclone direction in the cyclone, and continue to spiral. In the end, the purified gas is usually called the internal swirl flow outside the exhaust pipe eliminator. Some unarrested particles are also discharged.
