ENf 1050 glass fiber needle felt filter is used in the hard carbon black production line of 2500t/a new process in Pingxiang chemical plant. The process conditions are: filtration speed (m/min); 0.47 ~ 0.57; gas inlet temperature (c): 200~260; mg/m3 of inlet flue gas (mg/m3): 20; 10~15; pulse interval time (s): 9 ~ 9 ~ (9 ~) 16; pulse injection pressure (kg/cm2): 3~4. The service life of the bag is 21 months under the above conditions.
The base material of CWF 300 1 FQ filter material is the twill structure of medium alkali continuous glass fiber, with a thickness of 0.3 to 0.35mm, and retreated with reactive organosilicon and polytetrafluoroethylene suspension. This filter material is soft and smooth, easy to dedusting, can be used continuously at 250 degrees centigrade, and the price is cheap. In the cement kiln rotary kiln kiln dust, the filtration speed is about 0.5m/min, and the filtration efficiency is 99.8%. Under the above process conditions, the filter bag ran for 310 days without any breakage, and the cumulative damage rate was 28% for 2 years, of which 50% bags lived for more than 3 years.
The more common cement production equipment in China's small and medium cement plants is machine shaft kiln. The exhaust gas temperature of this kind of kiln fluctuates greatly, it can be exposed at low time, higher than glass fiber bearing capacity at high time, and the problem of dust collecting has not been well solved. In recent years, the problem of excessive gas temperature fluctuation has been solved by microcomputer control. The use of CWF 3OOPSi filter material has played a good role in the dust collection of shaft kiln tail gas in several dozens of cement plants, such as Shijing cement plant, Boshan cement plant, Zibo cement plant and Tianjin cement plant. This filter material is treated with alkali glass fiber and treated with PSi formula to further improve the bending resistance, abrasion resistance and temperature resistance of the filter cloth.
