Aromatic polyamide filter material (commodity name Metamax, Nomex, Conex) has a temperature resistance of 204 C, instant resistance to 240, good wear resistance, good alkali resistance, poor acid resistance and poor hydrolysis resistance, but it can be treated with water repellent and anti oil treatment to improve its hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for use at high temperature without acidity and moisture content. 4.P84 (polyimide fiber) fiber filter material P84 is a high temperature resistant synthetic fiber which can be exposed to 240 degrees continuously. P84 is made from a polycondensation polymer and is not resistant to hydrolysis. Due to the increased surface area of single fiber, particles can be effectively captured. P84 is a non thermoplastic fiber. The ability to withstand pulsed dedusting is stronger than that of glass fiber. Therefore, P84 can be replaced by glass fiber when the wear resistance is good.
