Application of glass fiber filter material in iron and steel industry

When the blast furnace is ironmaking, a large number of high temperature gas containing CO and dust is produced. The heat value is generally 2000~3000 calories / m3, which belongs to low calorific value gas. It is an important two energy for iron and steel enterprises. If we do not manage and recycle, we will pollute the environment and waste energy. In the past, wet dust removal was mainly used in the purification of blast furnace gas (now many large and super large blast furnaces still used wet dust removal), and the water consumption was huge. The waste water contained CN, S2, phenol, lead, zinc and other metals. It was difficult to deal with. Wet cleaning equipment is complex, washing equipment corrosion and scaling serious. The sensible heat of the gas can not be recovered, and the water content is relatively large, resulting in a decrease in the calorific value. The wet purification process of blast furnace gas is obviously unreasonable. Later, dry bag filter was used to purify blast furnace gas. Dry and bag type dust removal and purification of medium and small blast furnace gas were mature and stable.
