The pulse valve consists of solenoid valve, small valve body, large valve body, small diaphragm, spring and large diaphragm, and the valve body is made of alloy aluminum.

Working principle

The diaphragm divides the Electromagnetic Pulse Valve into two air chambers in the front and back, and when the compressed air is connected to the rear air chamber through the throttle hole, the diaphragm is pressed to the outlet of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state. The electric signal of the pulse injection control instrument is disappearing, the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve is reset, the air chamber is closed, the pressure of the rear air chamber is raised and the diaphragm is close to the valve outlet, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state.
Environmental requirements

6, in the environment, vibration, bump and impact should be selected for special varieties, such as marine solenoid valves.

8, the rated current and consumption power should be selected according to the capacity of the power supply. It is necessary to pay attention to the high VA value at the start of AC starting, and the indirect guide type electromagnetic pulse valve should be preferred when the capacity is insufficient.
9, if the environment space is restricted, please use the multi-function solenoid valve, because it eliminates bypass and three manual valves and is convenient for online maintenance.

10, voltage specifications should be selected as AC220V, DC24V. as far as possible.
