Working principle The dust gas is entered into the filter chamber by the ash bucket (or the lower open flange in the lower part), and the coarse particles fall directly into the ash hopper or the ash bin. The dust gas is filtered through the filter bag and the dust is kept on the surface of the filter bag. The net gas is drained through the bag to the air cleaning chamber and the fan is discharged into the atmosphere. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag does not increase, the resistance of the equipment rises to the set. When the value is fixed, the time relay (or the micro differential pressure controller) output signal, the program control instrument begins to work and opens the pulse valve one by one, making the compressed air blowing and blowing the dust through the nozzle, so that the filter bag is suddenly expanded, and the dust attached to the filter bag is quickly separated from the filter bag and falling into the ash bucket (or ash bin) under the action of the reverse air flow. The dust is discharged by the ash unloading valve, and after all the filter bags are blown and cleaned, the dust collector returns to normal work.
When the pulse Bag Type Dust Collector works normally, the dust gas is entered into the ash bucket from the inlet. Due to the rapid expansion of the volume of the gas, some of the coarser dust particles fall into the ash bucket, such as the inertia or natural settlement. The rest of the dust particles go up into the bag chamber with the air flow, and the dust particles are stranded on the outside of the filter bag after the filter bag filter. The purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag, and then is discharged into the atmosphere by the valve plate hole and the air outlet, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal. With the continuous filtration of the filter, the resistance of the dust collector also rises. When the resistance reaches a certain value, the dust cleaning controller sends out the ash clearing order. First, the lifting valve plate is closed and the filter air flow is cut off. Then, the ash controller sends a signal to the pulse solenoid valve, and the high pressure reverse airflow used as dust cleaning is sent into the bag with the pulse valve. The filter bag bulged rapidly and produced strong jitter, which caused the dust on the outside of the filter bag to shake off and achieve the purpose of ash cleaning. As the equipment is divided into several box areas, the above process is carried out by box. In the case of ash clearing, the remaining box area of a box area is still working normally, ensuring the continuous normal operation of the equipment. The key to dealing with high concentration of dust is that the ash removal time required for this strong ash removal is very short (only 0.1 ~ 0.2S).
