Single machine pulse deduster

The selection of the dust collector of the cupola is based on the large fluctuation range of the flue gas temperature, which mainly depends on the capacity of the furnace, the ratio of coke and iron, the height of the material and the unit air supply. In general, the temperature of the flue gas is about 100~200 degrees centigrade when there is no clear fire, and the temperature is generally 300~500 C when there are more iron chips and oxide skins in the molten iron or raw material. From the end of the feeding to the stop of the blast stage, as the material level drops and the fire rises, the temperature rises sharply, the fire is completely reburning at 200~900 degrees C; the fire is not completely reburning at 150~800; no further combustion is 100~600, and the blink of the blower is 900~1250 centigrade; the furnace is 600~800 centigrade; the capacity is large. In the cupola, the furnace gas contains more CO content, and the temperature can reach 800~1000 degrees centigrade when reburning, and the gas temperature of the pulverized coal cupola is always higher, generally 800~1000. According to the general situation of cupola flue gas, the cupola deduster adopts the following dust removal equipment to complete the purification of the cupola flue gas.

1. Cyclone Dust Collector is a primary and efficient cupola deduster. The dust removal efficiency can reach more than 70%, and the resistance of the dust collector is less than 800Pa. The dust remover can separate the particles from the large particles in the flue gas and the centrifugal force produced by the rotating airflow. The dust particles are separated from the dust flow, and the dust is discharged from the discharger. The purged flue gas is discharged into the two stage dust removal and cooling equipment of the cupola.
2. The structure and principle of the cooler: the cooler is made up of upper box, middle box and ash hopper. The flue gas of the cupola is set to a number of small pipes through the diameter of the main pipe. The section becomes larger, the wind speed slows down, and the wind blower is attached by the strong cold wind of the axial fan in order to reduce the temperature, and it also plays the role of settlement. The flue gas after cooling is drained into the cupola deduster through the pipeline.
3, cupola dust collector: in recent years, the application of bag filter in the fume cleaning system of the cupola has developed rapidly. The dust removal efficiency is more than 99%, and the dust emission concentration can be stabilized below 50mg/m3. The cleaning and cooling equipment before the bag filter (such as cyclone, cooler, etc.) can lighten the wear of bag filter.
When the filter material of cupola deduster is used as polyester filter material, the filtration speed is about 1.0m/min. For example, when using glass fiber filter material, the filtration speed is about 0.5m/min.
