Two. The principle of work
Dedusting process:
The dust gas enters the dust collector through the air intake, and the larger particle dust falls directly into the ash bucket. The gas containing particulate dust passes through the filter bag, and the dust is detained on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the gas is discharged into the atmosphere by the air draught fan after purification.
Ash cleaning process:
With the continuous filtration work, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter is increasing, the running resistance of the dust collector increases, the conversion valve of a filter unit is closed, the filter unit stops working, the reverse blow compressed air enters the filter unit, and the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag is blown away, and then the valve plate is switched on, the filter sheet is opened. The unit is reworking, cleaning and turning to the next filter unit. The whole cleaning process is carried out alternately by each filter unit.
