The single machine dust collector is the dust collector which can be operated by the wind pipe and the power supply. The dust collector is small in volume and does not need manual operation. The air volume is 1000-6000m3/h. The filter wind speed, such as 740 filter cloth is 1.2 - 1.8m/min, such as polyester filter material is 2.0-2.8m/min.

The dust collector is a kind of air purification equipment with small volume and high dust removal efficiency. It is suitable for various independent dust producing points. It is flexible and convenient. In situ dust collection and on-site treatment can effectively ensure the cleanliness of the air. The basic structure is composed of dust collection box, centrifugal fan, filter bag (filter tube), dust collector and microcomputer controller. Dust is inhaled in the dust collector box through suction pipe by the negative pressure of the fan, and the gravity and upper air flow are used. First, the coarse particle dust is filtered directly to the dust collector, and the particle dust is made by the filter. The trap is collected on the external surface, and clean gas is filtered, decomposed, purified and filtered into the clean room through the filter core, thereby discharging the fan from the outlet. The whole dedusting and filtering process is a result of comprehensive effects of gravity, inertia force, collision, electrostatic adsorption and screen filtration.
