The flue gas flow from the dust collector enters the intake channel from one end of the dust collector, and the section area of the intake channel is designed to decrease by the rate of decrease in the flow rate in the channel. The flue gas flow into the bag bin through the channel and the bag silo which is connected with the bag silo, and the purged air filtered by the cloth bag is collected from the top of the cloth bag to the cloth. The net gas transition channel above the bag bin is discharged through the passage of the transition passage into the outlet outlet of the dust collector.

The dust remover designed by our company has an equal temperature settling section, which can avoid the direct scour of the filter bag by the high temperature flue gas and improve the service life, and can reduce the load of the filter bag and from the inlet to the filter bag by the mean pressure of the settlement section, and the local resistance system and the flow velocity are low from the floral board to the outlet of the vent.
