Boiler Bag Dust Collector

The working principle of the pulsate bag dust collector of the boiler:

The boiler pulse bag filter is composed of ash hopper, upper box, middle box, cloth bag, ash cleaning and blowing device. When working, the high temperature flue gas flows into the ash bucket from the inlet of the ash bucket. Due to the gravity settlement, the coarse dust particles directly fall into the bottom of the ash bucket and play the role of precollecting dust. At the same time, the velocity of the air flow becomes slow, and the slight dust enters the middle box with the turning of the air flow, and the dust is filtered and hindraged by the high temperature filter bag, and the dust is attached to the outer surface of the filter bag and filtered after the filter. The gas passes through the filter bag into the upper box to the air outlet, and is discharged to the atmosphere by the induced draft fan. The dust accumulated on the outer wall of the filter bag is constantly increasing. When the setting time is reached, the pulse controller is triggered by the sequential interval of the pulse controller to open the pulse solenoid valve, so that the compressed air in the compressed air bag is pulsated by the blowpipe to the filter bag and pulsates the ash, so that the filter bag will suddenly shake off the dust attached to the outer wall of the filter bag, and peel the filter bag from the filter bag. The dust discharged to ash hopper is discharged through the ash discharge gate valve.

8. Dust control is controlled by time, and the filter bags are cleaned in turn according to the set time and every cleaning cycle.
