Star Type Discharge Valve

Working principle
First, the star type unloader is usually used in the pneumatic output system. For the pressure output system or the negative pressure output system, the star type discharger can supply the material continuously to the feeding tube. In order to ensure the gas and solid in the pneumatic output pipe, the gas and solid are stable, so that the pneumatic conveying can work normally. At the same time, the pressure of the upper and lower parts of the discharger can be separated to play the role of locking gas. Therefore, star type discharger is an important component in pneumatic conveying system.
Two. When the material in the upper silo is dropped by weight, it is filled in the gap between the blades and is discharged at the bottom with the rotation of the blades. Therefore, the star discharger can be discharged quantitatively and continuously.

The temperature of high temperature discharger conveyed material can reach 500 degrees C and connected by chain wheel. There is a certain distance between the reducer and the shell of the discharger.
