The unloader is suitable for continuous work, but we need to pay attention to some details in continuous work.
1. The head end of the Screw Conveyor is located in front of material migration, and is supported by thrust bearings. The thrust bearings usually use tapered roller bearings, electro hydraulic plough type unloaders.
2, connect the air source interface and check whether the interface is blocked by foreign matter, so as to ensure that the interface is clean and smooth.

3. Before using the plough type unloader, make sure that the rotated direction of the rotor is clockwise (seen from the axis of the reducer's extension), which is consistent with the arrow on the chain wheel housing.

4. Before using the plow type unloader, the sprocket shell is opened to check the tensioning of the chain, and it should be checked regularly during the operation; at the same time, the chain and sprocket are coated with suitable grease.
5. During the whole use of the plow type unloader, it is suitable to adjust the pressure relief valve to make the pressure of the seal greater than the material pressure in the valve body 0.05MPa, and the gas is a compressed air with no oil and dry.
6. During the whole use of the plough type discharger, the gas source at the seal always exists, and the gas source can be closed only after the valve is closed.

7. When the plow type unloader is used, the sealing packing will reduce the sealing effect due to aging or wear. It needs to be replaced regularly, and the packing is pressed evenly with the packing gland to keep the best sealing effect.

8. During the use of the plough type discharger, the clearance between the blade and the shell is regularly checked and adjusted, ensuring that the material is discharged evenly and smoothly.

Working principle

First, the star type unloader is usually used in the pneumatic output system. For the pressure output system or the negative pressure output system, the star type discharger can supply the material continuously to the feeding tube. In order to ensure the gas and solid in the pneumatic output pipe, the gas and solid are stable, so that the pneumatic conveying can work normally.
