The Electromagnetic Pulse Valve
is used to control the opening and closing of the unloading hole of the valve body according to the electrical signal. When the valve is unloaded, the pressure gas in the rear of the valve is discharged. The pressure gas in the front of the valve cavity is overcast by the diaphragm on the diaphragm. The diaphragm is lifted and the pulse valve is blown. When the valve body stops unloading, the pressure gas is rapidly filled with the rear cavity of the valve through the damping hole. Due to the difference in the force area of the two sides of the diaphragm on the valve body, the rear cavity of the valve, the gas force is large, the diaphragm can reliably close the valve's blows, and the pulse valve stops blowing.
The electromagnetic pulse valve is mainly divided into two kinds: the DMF-Z right angle type and the DMF-Y submerged type.
The DMF-Z right angle electromagnetic pulse valve is controlled by electromagnetic or pneumatic pilot valves. It can instantly open and close the diaphragm valve with high pressure gas source. Electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve that is directly controlled by electric signals, which is combined with electromagnetic valve, pilot valve and pulse valve.
The DMF-Y submerged electromagnetic pulse valve is a compressed air switch for a dust removal system of a pulse bag filter. Under the control of the output signal of the pulse injection control instrument, the filter bag is blown by the filter bag (room) and the dust is kept within the set range, so as to ensure the handling capacity and the dust collecting efficiency of the dust collector.
The DMF-Y submerged electromagnetic pulse valve is a submerged valve (also called embedded valve), which is installed directly on the air separation box, and has better flow characteristics. The pressure loss has decreased, which is suitable for low gas source working situations.
