Double screw conveyor for bag filter

When the spiral axis turns, the material can only move along the bottom of the conveyor's trough due to the gravity of the material and the friction produced by the body wall, as if the nut can not rotate along the rotating screw. The movement of material in the middle bearing depends on the thrust of the advancing material. Therefore, the transportation of materials in the conveyor is entirely a slip motion. In order to make the spiral shaft in a more favorable drawing state, the driving device and the discharge port are placed at the same end of the conveyor, and the feeding port is placed near the tail of the other end as far as possible. The rotating spiral blade conveys the material, and the force that does not rotate with the blade of the screw conveyer is the weight of the material itself and the friction resistance of the screw conveyer's shell to the material. According to the different conveying materials, the surface shape of the blade has solid shape, belt type and blade face type. The spiral shaft of the screw conveyer has the thrust bearing at the end of the material moving direction to screw the axial force with the material. In the long time, the middle hanger bearing should be added.

The characteristics are: simple structure, small cross section size, good sealing, reliable work, low manufacturing cost, convenient for intermediate loading and unloading, converse transportation direction and two directions at the same time. During transportation, materials can also be stirred, mixed, heated and cooled. The flow of material can be adjusted by loading and unloading gate. But it is not suitable to transport easily deteriorated, sticky, caking and chunky materials. During transportation, the material is easy to break, and the spiral and groove are easy to wear. The unit power is large.  The sealing of the grooves and the proper clearance between the spiral and the material grooves should be kept in use.
