High temperature resistant screw conveyor

DSZ single shaft dust humidifier consists of four parts: uniform feeding, blade conveying, mixing and beating, humidification, vibration system and so on, and is equipped with special electric control and water supply system. The equipment is fixed on the base, and the cylinder is supported by four groups of elastic elements, and the vibration is applied by the exciting device, so that the whole machine is vibrated at high frequency during the operation, so that the cylinder wall and the mixing shaft always keep a certain gap between the cylinder wall and the mixing shaft, so that the running resistance of the whole machine is greatly reduced and the stuffing and blocking phenomena are completely eliminated. It can reduce downtime and improve work efficiency.  The water supply is controlled by the valve group. In order to stabilize the water supply and clean the water quality of the system, a filter is set in the pipeline, and the main control cabinet is interlocked to each part of the humidifier to control the constant wet operation of the water supply.
