(2) before the filter bag is installed, the cleaning of the flower board and the indoor air is carried out. It is better to connect the dust and slag inside the air cleaning chamber into the inside of the ash hopper or open the fan, and discharge the dust into the exit flue. (3) carefully check the size between the filter bag, the bag cage and the flower plate to ensure that the three match. At the same time, the holes in the flower board should be burr removed so that the filter bags can not be scratched. 2. Standardize the installation of filter bags and operate strictly according to the operation rules. (1) when the filter bag is installed, use the sheath correctly to install, first place the sheath and install the filter bag. (2) when the installation of the filter bag and the edge of the floral board contact, usually can hear a "snap" of the crisp sound, bag table bag and flower plate hole card tight, if not tightened, you can use hand tight, or use rubber hammer to tapping tight to tensioning. (3) the bag cage is installed after the three line filter bag is installed, and the installation bag is installed from the tail end of the nozzle to the door of the human hole when the bag is installed, which can effectively avoid the elastic card ring of the filter bag of the filter bag for the installation personnel. If the bag can not be installed immediately after the filter bag is installed, the filter should be protected in time.
