10T Boiler Dust Collector

10T Boiler Dust Collector adopts domestic advanced composite FRP resin, which has high corrosion resistance, high wear resistance, long service life, multi function integration, small area, easy installation, no increase of any power, small resistance and less water consumption. The spray system uses 304 stainless steel to solve the problems of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance and so on. The filter bag of the 10T boiler dedusting bag appears the phenomenon of paste bag, which will increase the resistance of the precipitator. The main reason for the duster's paste bag is the adhesion of water or oil to the powder layer of the filter bag. In order to avoid the pouch phenomenon of the filter bag in the dust collector, the dust remover PLC will control the dust remover before the dust remover is pre sprayed, and the by-pass is run before the flue gas crossing the water mist. Clean the dust thoroughly after the deduster is stopped. The above measures effectively prevent the occurrence of paste bags.
