Flue gas cooling agent

The flue gas temperature reducer is also called the compulsory motor air cooler. It is a special product developed on the basis of the introduction of foreign technology and for the characteristics of domestic users, which is suitable for the dry cooling of high temperature flue gas in metallurgy and electric power industry. Its product features are: high efficiency, small resistance loss, long life, not easy to accumulate ash, and easy to maintain. The forced motor air cooler can be made into a natural air cooler according to the requirements of customers. It is mainly used for various kinds of submerged arc furnace (ferrosilicon, ferromanganese, silicon manganese, calcium carbide, ferromolybdenum, chrome iron furnace, etc.), intermediate frequency furnace, electric furnace, converter, power boiler and other flue gases to cool down. Before the flue gas enters the dust collector, the flue gas temperature falls to the range that the filter bag can withstand, so as not to burn the filter bag and cause unnecessary losses.
